Nestled in Mehrauli, Delhi, overlooking the historic Qutub Minar, ZA'AFRAN is a dialogue between royal Indian culinary heritage and modern gastronomy.
We source hand-harvested Kashmiri saffron, fresh organic produce from local Delhi NCR biodynamic farms, and rare spices from the Malabar coast. Under the guidance of our Chef de Cuisine, classical subcontinental recipes are deconstructed and elevated using modern culinary science, creating textures and aromas that tell the story of Delhi's rich culinary legacy.
